Change of Time Slot
After much thought and based on the opinions of fellow w@wies, n@wies, friends, and my Mom, I finally decided to change our wedding rite time slot from 6:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Reasons are as follows:
1. The weddings prior to ours might have some delays, thus our wedding time might be pushed at a later time.
2. Reception might be pushed further, and I don't want this, since we might get hungry!
3. Archie P. suggested to get the 4:30 slot because normally it takes an hour for the photo-ops.
Reasons why I still like the 6 pm slot *but I have to let this slot go):
1. Night time is the best time to see the beauty of the chapel, and of Fernwood itself (you know, to maximize the value for money!)
2. No rush to end abruptly because this is the last slot.
3. Straight to dinner, no need for cocktails (ergo less expenses, hahahaha. So lame an excuse)
Thanks to all those who helped me with regard to this dilemma!

helo van! well im a 6 pm bride sa SFA.. actually late nag start coz umulan nga. but i had no regrets.. kahit hindi closed door ang drama k, it was din inside, so naging very dramatic pa din ang entrance ko. everybody loves the chapel and the garden of course! think about it girl. know wat u want and stick to it =) gud luck =)
Hi Van! What we were looking for was a Saturday afternoon wedding in August. However, we changed our minds and made it a month before (but Saturday that we wanted was no longer available). Our only choice was a friday wedding, which i never though of before. Then after a lot of thinking and comparables, I found friday (and sunday) weddings more convenient (later afternoon ceremony which i prefer, not a morning person kasi). It's also easier to book for a reception site (since most saturdays are in demand), and a lot cheaper (a perfect example is the photography..less no. of time for coverage, less charge). You're right about cocktails, but Randy still insisted this one. I guess like what Peach said, just go with whatever you want. Goodluck!
